First there was CASA, a groundbreaking condominium that marked the beginning of Cresford’s partnership with several world-renowned fashion labels. Furnished with Giorgio Armani, CASA heralded the transformation of Charles Street. Second came CASA II, inspired and furnished by MissoniHome, a condo that spoke a whole new style language. And finally, the culmination of this spectacular trilogy – the magnificent, Hermes-inspired CASA III, now racing towards completion.
To celebrate the topping off of CASA III, Cresford Developments threw a party on August 3rd 2017, inviting all those who were a part of building this iconic condominium at Yonge and Bloor. Guests at the event enjoyed a delicious lunch while overlooking the sublime outdoor courtyard between CASA II and CASA III. The courtyard joins the two communities with an urban oasis that will soon allow residents to enjoy solitude in the city.
The final pour of concrete at CASA III is scheduled for August 11th 2017. After the completion of the building, Cresford will turn its attention to a $3.8 million transformation of Charles and Hayden Street, designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. The street revitalization program will turn this strip of Yorkville into a chic promenade on the lines of the Bloor Mink Mile, with wider granite sidewalks, new lighting and landscaping.
Cresford and Yonge Street – it’s a symbiotic relationship, one of cosmopolitan luxury and international glamour. A bond symbolized by Cresford’s CASA trilogy – towering icons of elegant living, a passion for design and attention to detail. These are Toronto’s signature addresses, and they epitomize the elevated living of Yonge Street and the unmistakable stamp of excellence that is Cresford.
