It’s not TIFF season yet, but Yorkville recently saw a jazzy red-carpet event. This past February, about 160 of the GTA’s top performing Realtors gathered for the VIP Preview of Fifty Nine Hayden, a stunningly modern office property located at Yonge and Bloor. The black-tie event was hosted by the developer, Cresford, a leader in urban development with a roster of spectacular luxury condominiums in the area.
The event was held on-site in the actual office spaces that are under construction, allowing attendees to see the building come to life. Throughout the night, the champagne flowed, live music filled the space, and guests were served an array of delicious dishes. The main attraction of the evening, however, was the incredible Virtual Reality experience of the boutique 8-storey glass building. Wearing VR glasses, Realtors could virtually walk through the design-forward spaces, chic lounge areas, modern amenities, flex meeting spaces and future-proof features of Fifty Nine Hayden.
The event culminated on a high note with a contest and a winner who was awarded a contemporary Katharine Harvey artwork, Viewpoint 2016. Judging from the excitement and anticipation among the Realtors, it was clear that Fifty Nine Hayden was going to be yet another triumphant success for Cresford Developments.
Fifty Nine Hayden is a rare opportunity to own, customize, and name an A-class commercial building that offers up to 95,000 sq.ft. of space.
